The following are commands you may hear in your Tae Kwon Do training. This
list consists of the most common commands and is by no means a complete list. Only
instructors or assistant instructors are allowed to call these commands.

Counting - Korean
There are many times when counting is necessary
in Tae Kwon Do. Whether
you are performing strength exercises like push-ups, or warm-up
exercises like jumping jacks, or punches, kicks or blocks, you
will hear the following Korean terms.
These terms are the numbers from one to ten in Korean.
